Shannon is an experienced attorney with over half a decade of legal experience. Shannon takes a problem and creates a solution through sound strategy and case development. She intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that arise through issues, brings them together in a coherent approach, and creates material business advantages. Respected as a credible source in decision making, finding strategic resolutions to complex disputes, Shannon earns or creates a seat at the table wherever she serves.

Shannon began her legal career in the heart of the criminal justice system, clerking with the Honorable Zoe Bush of the District of Columbia Courts. Following her clerkship, Shannon began her practice in the District of Columbia representing individual clients and small business owners on a wide array of matters including, but not limited to, contract negotiation, business formation and organization, regulatory and tax compliance, contracting, employment, and financing.

Shannon earned a Juris Doctorate Degree from American University Washington College Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.

She is originally from Beech Island, SC and currently resides in the nation’s capital.
